Multiage Learning

One of the advantages of homeschooling is the ability to expose children to a variety of socioeconomic constructs - and where better to start than in an inclusive, multiage learning environment?

Homeschooling Heroes has offered group classes in writing, history, science, drama, public speaking, philosophy, language, music, reading, business, film editing, diesel mechanics, cooking, and a number of other topics that change from month to month.

Each class has been taught by a parent with either specific training or a love for the topic that is contagious. And pricing ranges from free to approximately $100 for a six-session STEM series (on average). Ages range from toddler-teen, depending on the topic, with most classes accommodating the 6-16 year old range.

New group classes are encouraged and start all the time, and have included ASL, acting workshops, creative essays in historical context, pre-alegbra with logic, and business entrepreneurship for beginners.
