The elephant farted as it sat on the ground in a huff.  “What in the world did I eat to cause THAT?!” she blushed, looking toward the sun.  “Man, maybe I shouldn’t look at the sun without sunglasses.”  She began laughing and laughing after she farted.

She stopped laughing and realized she couldn’t see.  She tried everything to get her sight back.  She put elephant eye drops in her eyes.

After hours of trying, she gave up but then hears a voice saying “Whoever has lost their eyesight follow my voice!” She then walked towards the voice and followed it earnestly, until she realized how creepy the situation was.  “Ummm …” said the elephant.  “Freaky voice? What exactly happens if I follow you?”

She farted again, and was extremely annoyed with herself.

“If you follow me,” it said, “you will have everything that you wish for.”  The elephant thought for a moment.  “What do you mean?”  “If you follow me,” said the voice, “you shall have eternal life.”  The elephant was skeptical.  “That’s actually pretty blasphemous,” she said.  “Oh my gosh, you’re right,” the voice answered, no longer mysterious, but shocked.  “I just mean that’s something you could wish for.  A lot of people wish for eternal life,” it told her with a sigh.  “Not usually a good idea.”

The elephant decided not to follow the voice but to sit back down and fart some more.  She realized that made her happy.
