"On time" should be a time he wakes up to do something he's uniquely gifted to do and loves, no alarm necessary - not to rip him away from dreams to trudge off to a job he hates. And by "uniquely gifted" I also mean "talented and adequately compensated for" because reality matters. Just because you enjoy drawing, doesn't make you an artist. We'll focus on finding and expanding his talents, thanks - not on setting/rushing to keep pace with an alarm.
